Exchange fees are monthly fees charged by all financial exchanges for the right to view real time quote information. The Exchange fees are set by the exchanges.

Every individual or organization with access to real time quotes either pays exchange fees themselves or has those fees paid on their behalf. This fee cannot be prorated or waived and no discounts can be applied to the exchange fees. We are required to collect it at the time we turn on your real time data feed.

You must cancel your real time data subscription at least one day before the end of the calendar month to avoid paying the exchange fees for the next month. There are no refunds issued on data service subscriptions.

Stock Exchange Fees require a $5 Exchange Reporting and Processing fee. Exchange fee reporting and processing fee covers all stock exchanges.

Future Exchange Fees require a $9 Exchange Reporting and Processing fee. Exchange fee reporting and processing fee covers all Futures exchanges.
