This manual is designed to cover the common areas of the software to get you up and running quickly and painlessly. It covers the primary areas of the software; Getting Started, Menus and Toolbars, Data and Updating, Charting, and Frequently Asked Questions.

ETA Manual
This manual should be used in two ways: as a tutorial for the ETA beginner, and as a quick reference for the more seasoned Eta user. The manual is designed to lead you through everything from installation to specific trading strategies. We encourage any first-time users to pay special attention to the Quick Start Guide, Game Plan, and Trade Overview
sections. These tutorials will introduce you to how the ETA software works.

TradeSense Manuals

TradeSense Function List
This spread sheet lists all Genesis Functions and a brief description of their usage.
This file will be updated on a regular basis as we add new indicators. Below is the time and Date of last update.
Last Updated: Sept 14th 2005

TradeSense Manual
Below each function name you will find three sub-sections. The main section being the actual name of the function, as well as its definition. Following is a list of each of the three sub-headers that you will find.
Function:
This is what the actual function will look like when referenced. For quick reference all inputs that the
function requires are listed within the parenthesis.
Inputs:
This section will define each input that the function depends on. When using TradeSense, most functions require parameters in order to calculate correctly. Instead of leaving the user to wonder what these parameters are requiring from them, we have included this section to provide a clear and concise list of the inputs. In some cases it may also include an example for the input.

Indicators Manual
Under the name of the indicator or function, you will find a description of that indicator and for some, the most common published uses. In the box under the graph, you will find the inputs that it requires, whether the inputs are required or optional, the type of indicator and what that indicator/function will return if used in a filter criteria or filter. Also included are examples of the Indicators usage next to an example written in TradeSense language.
