All packages that do not have the RMA noted on the exterior will be refused and may cause a delay in, or revocation of the refund process. All manuals and/or CDs shipped with the initial order must be returned in reasonable condition to be eligible for refund.
Upon return of the product(s) the program and/or data must be removed from any and all computers used with the product. Please follow the directions below for information regarding this procedure. *

Cancellations - Cancellations are only considered valid if made known to a GenesisFT.com Sales or Billing representative via generally accepted medium by the named person on the account to be affected. Cancellations are considered valid if noted by a GenesisFT.com representative and documented via generally accepted medium and conveyed to the account holder. Given confirmation from a GenesisFT.com representative must be presented, if necessary, for any future reference with regard to cancellation disputes and/or agreements. Please verify that you have received confirmation of your cancellation to avoid any future discrepancies. Cancellations must be made known prior to six (6) business days before the end of the current billing cycle (See Billing Policies). Cancellation of an account precludes and removes any possibility of the reinstatement of any discounts, bonuses or other offers made under the auspices of prior offers or agreements.
Pre pay cancellations are effective at the end of the current calendar month in which notice is given. Any un-used monies will be refunded and all previous months will be considered full price and without discount. All months prior to cancellation will be assessed at full value, deducted from the pre pay amount leaving the balance as the refund amount.
Real time service cancellations are considered final at the end of the current calendar month and will not be pro-rated. Access will be granted until the final day of cancellation month with no concessions based on frequency of use, access or date of cancellation.
